Features:
- Multi-channel notifications (Email + Telegram)
- User-configurable notification settings per channel
- Telegram bot integration with rich messages, location pins, and inline buttons
- QR code generation for easy bot access (@myidbot support)
- Admin UI for notification settings management
- Test functionality for Telegram connection
