Generic User Experience improvements

Browse Source 
- Avoid conflicting messages on joining versus joined TTN
- Enabled boot logo if ALWAYS_SHOW_LOGO is set
- Avoid accidentally pressing second button too long to discard network prefs. Set PREFS_DISCARD to enable
