feat: Subscriber-Repository mit Double-Opt-In und Consent-Tracking (Finding 3)

- createSubscriber: SHA256-Hash, DOI-Token, Consent-IP/UA
- confirmDoi: setzt status=active, löscht Token
- deleteSubscriber: DSGVO Art. 17
